For Catering Food Trailer Style, you get both a gourmet food truck service along with the freedom of self-service for the ultimate customized meal experience! Choose your base of either steamed white rice, tortilla, pita, or green leaf, load up (or choose not to) on freshly cut veggies, head on over to our serving window and pick your protein, then top it off with your choice of either our scratch made Aioli's or Bourbon Glaze.

Confirm with us how many guests will be eating and set your amount of proteins desired. Price quote will depend on if you request a buffet style of dining with one or more servings per guest, or simply one serving of protein per guest.

Choose this style to have us serve at your event as a typical food truck which charges each person individually (No Set Price per person)!
BOX LUNCH
Choose this style to have us serve at your event, but request a set amount of 1-2 meat proteins and/or tofu for your expected guests. Try to be as accurate as possible and to get a head count of who wants what for your event at least 2 weeks prior to event. This choice is best for event organizers or companies who would like to cater to their clients out of our trailer box lunch style. Any changes made will be charged accordingly.
PASSED HORS D'OEUVRES EXPERIENCE
Choose this style to truly dazzle your guests! Pick from a variety of handheld/bite sized Hors D'oeuvresto be set out on display on tables or picked up from our serving window. This is our ultimate higher end catering dining experience where food options can be customized to your needs and desire.
Choose from a variety of set Hors D'oeuvres or request something completely different. Ash and Oil's Chef Venice is well-versed in many types of international cuisine ranging from casual bites, to extravagant fine dining dishes with a diverse background in cooking for luxurious hotels and resort locations all around North America such as Four Seasons Resort, The Ritz-Carlton, and local Thunder Valley Resort Casino in catering, banquets, casual eats, and fine dining kitchens. Let us delight you with some great eats at your event! This option is best for weddings, formal events, or simply a party where you aim to impress!
